We are currently sold out of our fresh Country Loaves. However, we do have a few loaves of this bread in the freezer. We have the Boule and Batard shapes, sliced and unsliced. Our breads thaw/rehydrate perfectly (we provide an instruction card on how to do this, by the slice or by the loaf) and have the added benefit of a 31% reduction in Glycemic Index when frozen, then thawed (GI 52 down to 37). Toasting the bread reduces the Glycemic Index down another 10% (37 down to 31) which is good to know for people concerned with blood sugar levels.

This is the loaf that started it all, our original 3-day process Organic Artisan Sourdough Bread that became the genus of Random Acts of Breadness. Artisan baker Randall Michael Tobin randomly gifted over 800 loaves of Breadness from December 2016 to 2021! The usual response after the first bite: “This is the best bread I’ve ever had! Where can I buy this?” During our Grand Opening weekend we sold out our entire inventory of over 100 loaves (in 2 hours)! Customers were lined up outside waiting to get their Breadness!
