Beyond the Olive Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a delicate-medium oil produced from a single varietal of the Frantoio olive. Smooth and even on the tongue with layers of green tomato, green almond and light smoked nut, the tingle on the back of the throat feels like Tinkerbell delivered fairy dust to finish this elegant oil.

We are very fortunate to procure an allocation from the small production of this uniquely flavored California olive oil. Estate olives are hand-harvested and delivered immediately to the mill.
