Introducing a taste of Italy right here in Burbank! Produced in Italy by Bionaturae, this Organic Strained Tomatoes is a tomato sauce made from tomatoes that have been peeled and seeded resulting in a versatile Lectin-Free product that is Plant Paradox-friendly.

Bionaturae Strained Tomatoes is the basis for the perfect pasta sauce: Add 1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a saucepan and saute one coarse-chopped onion and several sliced mushrooms over medium low heat. Add salt, pepper and Italian Seasonings to taste. Cover and turn heat down to low, stirring occasionally. Chop up 3 garlic cloves and stir into the sauce. After a couple minutes, add one jar of Bionaturae Strained Tomatoes. Rinse jar by adding 1/4 cup of drinking water to it, close the jar, shake well, and pour that into the sauce. Let simmer for about a half hour. Optional: add whatever pre-cooked proteins to the sauce that you like; Italian Sausages, Meatballs, Chicken, etc. Meanwhile, make your pasta (we suggest Bionaturae Organic Sourdough Spaghetti or Penne Rigate) and have some Parmigiano Reggiano and your cheese grater handy. Drain the pasta, plate it, ladle the sauce over it and top with fresh-grated Parm cheese. You’ll be singing “That’s Amore” in no time…
