I have had requests for keto-friendly items so I went on a mission to make muffins using organic, skinless almond flour from Yemetz Family Farms. After a few test batches, we premiered our first Gluten-free Keto/Plant Paradox-friendly Blueberry Muffins and they have been selling like… Muffins!

But for those who fancy a quick, sugar-free snack (and our jumbo muffin is too much), these mini-muffins on a stick are just the thing.

Crafted with Organic Blueberries, Organic Skinless Almond Flour, Non-Alcohol Process Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Pastured Eggs, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Coconut Milk, Redmond Real Salt, Baking Powder, and sweetened with non-GMO Monk Fruit/Allulose blend. I even made the baking powder from scratch so it would contain no corn starch (which is a usual ingredient in baking powder).
