Introducing a new treat in our Keto Kollection: Gluten-free, Grain-free, Sugar-free, Plant Paradox-friendly Choco Chip Chookies! (“Chookie” is the playful name I gave to these chewy, rather than crispy, cookies)

It was only a matter of time before I (Chef Randall) knew I had to create a chocolate chip cookie that not only tasted heavenly, but also could be enjoyed by just about anyone including those on a Keto or low-carb diet. After a few research batches (and free samples to those customers who were lucky enough to be at the bakery when samples were being offered for opinions), this recipe is ready for Prime Time! One sniff and you’ll know what I mean…

These are soft and chewy, with the only crunch coming from the one or two macadamia nuts perfectly placed on the top of each chookie just before doing their magic transformation in our deck oven!
