Paddlewood Designs Special Edition Solid Teak End-Grain Cutting Board

For the past several years, it’s become a tradition for my wife and I to spend Christmas in Ojai, California. Ojai has played a role in the evolution of Random Acts of Breadness, as that’s where I first purchased the artisan extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars we now carry in our bakery. We also love strolling the avenue and checking out the artful shops.

One store had these amazing solid teak end-grain cutting boards by Paddlewood Designs. Upon my return home, I contacted the designer/craftsman and had him create a couple for us. You can see photos of one of them here, or you can come by the bakery and hold one of these in your hands.

This beautiful cutting board, along with Breadness and a few of our complementary items, makes a most memorable gift for a wedding, housewarming or other life-milestone event.
