We’re delighted to add select flavors from Roots Kitchen & Cannery to our 2025 artisan fruit spread collection. The infusion of Earl Grey Tea in a jam was most intriguing, and when we tasted a sample (along with our guest tasters) we knew it was a contender for our short list of finalists.

Earl Grey tea is a black tea blend flavored with bergamot oil, a citrus fruit extract that gives the tea its distinctive aroma and taste. The citrus flavor of bergamot brightens up this rich Blackberry Earl Grey Jam creating a unique combination that tastes as good on breakfast toast as it does with warm brie cheese!

Ingredients: blackberries, non-GMO cane sugar, non-GMO pectin, Earl Grey tea leaves
